Admin & Governance

Models, policy and proof — under your control.

Per-firm entitlements, enforceable policy with approval queues, ethical walls that bind the lawyer as well as the agent, and an audit of every token. Control you can show a regulator.

All capabilities

01What it is

Admin & Governance is where a firm sets the rules and proves they were followed. Model providers, entitlements, enforceable policy, ethical walls, budgets and a full audit — per firm.

The governance page: a token usage and budget card showing spend against a soft and hard monthly cap with a within-budget badge and a per-model breakdown; a policies table listing four policies with their type and enforcement mode — Enforce (block) or Advisory (warn); and an approval queue holding two pending requests, each offering approve or deny.
In the productPolicies that say whether they block or only warn, and the queue where the blocked ones wait for a human

02In detail

01

Five providers, routed by role

Gemini, Vertex AI, Anthropic, OpenAI and Azure OpenAI. Route chat, the agent planner, the independent verifier and classification to different models — a firm can plan on one family and check on another.

02

Policy that actually enforces

Export, publication, model usage and source entitlement, each set to advisory, blocking, or blocking-unless-approved — with a real approval queue behind the last one. Nothing on the page is a setting that does nothing.

03

Ethical walls and jurisdiction

A wall blocks the lawyer as well as the agent, checked live on every request and never cacheable — and it cannot be switched off. Matter and firm jurisdiction reach every legal-analysis prompt, so nothing quietly defaults to English or US law.

04

Budgets, audit and every token

Recurring monthly caps that enforce, PII redaction wrapping every model call, and an append-only audit including per-query token usage — cut by matter, by user, by feature or by work type, and exportable.

03In practice

Provenance

Every token, accounted for.

Agent conclusion

The audit shows this answer used 2 sources and 1,284 tokens1, attributable to one user and one matter.

04Why it matters

How it fits the matter

This is the page that sells control: everything visible, entitled, enforced and logged — the governance a regulated buyer rewards.
