Policy that actually enforces
Export, publication, model usage and source entitlement, each set to advisory, blocking, or blocking-unless-approved — with a real approval queue behind the last one. Nothing on the page is a setting that does nothing.
Ethical walls and jurisdiction
A wall blocks the lawyer as well as the agent, checked live on every request and never cacheable — and it cannot be switched off. Matter and firm jurisdiction reach every legal-analysis prompt, so nothing quietly defaults to English or US law.
Budgets, audit and every token
Recurring monthly caps that enforce, PII redaction wrapping every model call, and an append-only audit including per-query token usage — cut by matter, by user, by feature or by work type, and exportable.
Matter legal holds
Place and release a hold with a recorded reason. While active, the hold blocks destruction of matter material, including through database enforcement. Automated retention schedules are not part of the current release.
