Scored against your playbook
Each clause is classified and scored for severity and likelihood, and compared against your firm's actual positions — with the whole playbook in view for every clause, not a fragment retrieved per clause.
Amendments anchored to one place
A proposed amendment must resolve to exactly one span of the document. Zero matches or several, and it is reported as unplaced rather than applied to the wrong occurrence.
Two depths, and it tells you the bill
Ask for triage or a full pass, and the run reports what it cost, how many calls it made, and anything it had to truncate or degrade — so a confident summary is never quietly written over a third of a contract.
