The firm Library
Search across the firm's resources, browse by type, and curate the sources, positions, workflows and closing sets lawyers rely on. Put approved knowledge to work in the right matter.
01What it is
The Library is a search and browse space for the firm's reusable knowledge and resources. Start with suggested searches, refine with filters, or explore Knowledge Bases, Firm Memory, Workflows, Playbooks, Templates, Prompts and Closing sets by type.

02In detail

Browse source collections, cross-matter knowledge, reusable workflows, approved playbooks, document templates, prompts and closing sets without maintaining separate catalogues.
Firm-wide publication passes through review and the firm's publication controls. Approved workflows can be pinned to a matter and run in that matter's source scope.
Knowledge-base grants and ethical walls continue to govern access. Moving knowledge into the Library does not open it to everyone in the firm.
04Why it matters
How it fits the matter
A good way of working can travel to the next matter, while confidential source material keeps its access controls. The shared workspace header keeps the Workbench, Projects and Library close together.
