Drafting is a structured editor where citations and tracked changes are first-class. You draft with the evidence already attached, and the evidence stays attached after the document leaves.
02In detail
Footnotes that outlive the login
Export to Word and each citation becomes a real footnote naming the document, the clause and the page — legible to someone who has never heard of Trovato. One switch turns them off when the file is going to the other side.
A draft is a file
Drafts appear in the matter's file list from the first turn, and can be promoted to a source deliberately — so the Assistant can never cite something it wrote unless a human decided it should.
Sourced or not, and it says which
Draft from attached documents and every claim is firewalled; draft a letter from a prompt alone and it is marked as such rather than being dressed in citations it does not have.
