One pipeline

Pull and scheduled sync land everything in the same document pipeline the rest of the platform reads from — no second index, no parallel path.

Closed by default

Nothing is reachable until you allow it: each connector carries an explicit list of the tools it may call, and an empty list means none.

Audited per fetch

Every retrieval writes an audit row whatever the outcome, to the same evidence standard as everything else.
