Per-matter memory

Matter Wiki
Findings, parties, deadlines and settled positions become a living, indexed record the platform keeps honest with Matter Lint.
01What it is
The Matter Wiki is a living, indexed knowledge layer for each matter. Findings, parties, deadlines and settled positions accumulate into a navigable record the agent reads from and writes to — and Matter Lint keeps it honest.

02In detail
Document cards with cited anchors, and a searchable index of what has been established and where it came from.
Surfaces contradictions, superseded claims and gaps, so the record stays trustworthy as it grows.
Every capability that contributes knowledge writes through a single path that refuses an entry with no resolvable source. There is no back door into the matter's record.
When the matter concludes, its settled knowledge is what compiles into Firm Memory — so a matter's work outlives the matter.
03In practice
Provenance
Matter Wiki records that change of control requires the landlord's consent1 under the HQ lease before completion.
The Tenant shall not assign or change control without the prior written consent of the Landlord, not to be unreasonably withheld (clause 14.3).
Headquarters lease — clause 14.3
04Why it matters
How it fits the matter
One matter's work becomes a durable asset rather than a chat log that scrolls away — and the beginning of what the firm knows.
A short, tailored walkthrough — the citation firewall, the Matter Wiki, and a supervised agent, working on the kind of matter you run.
