Workflows

Turn a repeatable matter task into a governed run.

Reusable, multi-step automations over your sources, playbooks and tools — with the same evidence trail as everything else.

All capabilities

01What it is

Workflows turn a repeatable matter task into a governed, reusable run. They consume your sources and tools, follow your playbooks, and output artifacts — with the same evidence trail as everything else.

A workflow's step list: four numbered step cards — a tabular review, an assistant query, a drafting step and a save-artifact step — each with its id, kind and description, and reorder, edit and delete controls. Steps whose results resolve asynchronously carry a “terminal” badge.
In the productSteps in order, and the ones that resolve asynchronously marked terminal so nothing downstream can consume them

02In detail

01

Reusable definitions

Define once; run as a governed template or ad hoc. Each run creates its own drafts and reviews, so a workflow is a template rather than a shared instance.

02

Governed inputs

Files, knowledge bases, premium sources, connector tools and playbooks.

03

Runs in the conversation

A run opens as a thread you can follow, ask questions in, and carry on from — rather than a status page you have to go and check.

04

Artifacts out

Outputs land as artifacts you can review and trace, and survive a closed tab.

03In practice

Provenance

Every artifact, traceable.
